Ideal for charity work, those in care professions or personal life events. The Heart Shaped Perpetual Shield is crafted from premium veneered wood into a heart shape and has smooth bevelled edging. The annual award plaque displays a central metal polished silver heart which is surrounded by the 12 heart shaped winners plates. The heart shield is self standing with the support of a plastic strut. The large main plate can be engraved with a bespoke inscription, reflecting your team, club or event.

This annual award can be personalised with engraving on the large metal main plate and individual winners plates for an additional cost. Details of our engraving charges can be found in the personalisation section below.
